Today, teens with mental health disorders and their families often find too few strategies to address their illness. Residential facilities are expensive, intimidating and far from home. Clashes at school and with law enforcement shatter nerves and self-confidence. The cycle that results can lead to broken families, substance abuse, the criminal justice system, hospitals or worse.

Our mission is to create new options and new hope for young people struggling with mental health challenges, by connecting them to employment opportunities on farms, ranches, stables, and therapeutic riding facilities.
